DALLAS HAS BEEN A TRUE MUSICAL ADVENTURE FOR EUROPEAN-BORN ENETI. HE’S BEEN A MEMBER OF SEVERAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRAS AND ENSEMBLES FROM THE OUTSET. HOWEVER, HIS ONGOING WORK WITH THE LIGHT CRUST DOUGHBOYS HAS TRULY BEEN ONE OF THOSE “ONLY IN TEXAS” TALES.
WHEN ENETI WAS APPROACHED BY ART GREENHAW, THE LEADER OF THE BAND WHO OFFERED HIM A FIDDLING POSITION IN 2013, HE WAS QUICKLY IMMERSED IN THE WORLD OF COWBOY HATS AND CLASSIC WESTERN SWING MUSIC. FOUNDED BY THE LEGENDARY BOB WILLS IN 1931, THE DOUGHBOYS HAVE BEEN PLAYING EVER SINCE. AS A MEMBER OF THE WORLD-FAMOUS BAND, MAREK ENGAGES IN REGULAR FIDDLING DUELS ON STAGE, SWAPPING FIERCE VIOLIN LICKS WITH JIM BAKER.
IN ADDITION TO HIS WORK WITH THE BAND, ENETI HAS TAKEN HIS SHOW: “MUSICAL JOURNEY”, FEATURING GLOBAL MUSIC AND SOUNDS, WORLDWIDE. OTHER COLLABORATIONS ARE JUST AS DIVERSE. HE’S A GUEST VIOLINIST FOR POLISH COUNTRY BAND CAROLINE AND THE LUCKY ONES, AS WELL AS THE FIDDLER FOR DALLAS COUNTRY-ROCK BANDS.
MR. ENETI’S PERSONAL PORTFOLIO AS A SONGWRITER, PRODUCER, AND FILM MUSIC COMPOSER CAN BE HEARD ON SPOTIFY AND OTHER PLATFORMS, AS WELL AS HIS LIVE WORK. A CONCERT AT THE UT ARLINGTON’S PLANETARIUM FEATURED MAREK’S ENSEMBLE PERFORMING HIS ORIGINAL COMPOSITIONS IN A SPECIAL MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION.
MAREK’S FATEFUL PATH TO TEXAS BEGAN WITH A SCHOLARSHIP TO CONTINUE HIS MUSICAL STUDIES IN THE U.S. AFTER HE GRADUATED FROM THE WARSAW MUSIC CONSERVATORY. HERE, HE ATTENDED LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY, STUDYING VIOLA PERFORMANCE UNDER JERZY KOSMALA AND MUSIC COMPOSITION UNDER DINOS CONSTANTINIDES. THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS THEN BECKONED, OFFERING A DOCTORATE PROGRAM IN VIOLA PERFORMANCE AND MOTION PICTURE SCORING.

Violinist Teresa Grynia gained national recognition in her home country of Poland as a teenager. At only 16, she was one of only four Polish musicians to be selected for the Central European Initiative Youth Orchestra. Since then, Grynia has continued to make her mark as an orchestral musician, performing regularly with the Las Colinas Symphony, Arlington Symphony Orchestra, Garland Symphony Orchestra, and Plano Symphony Orchestra.
Along with her virtuosity on violin, Grynia is an accomplished pianist and vocalist, primarily focused on jazz, pop, and R&B. She has performed and recorded with the award-winning jazz groups Whitehall Jazz Collective and Athens Tango Project. She has also performed and recorded with ARCO Chamber Orchestra and Monkier, where she can be heard on albums including Efrem Podgaïtz: Etrange Conte pour Cordes and Highs/Lows.
Grynia has also performed with such notable classical and pop musician acts as Krzysztof Penderecki and Genesis. As a soloist, she has performed Dmitri Shostakovich’s First Violin Concerto with the Hodgson Symphony Orchestra.
A native of Kraków, Poland, Teresa Grynia began studying the violin at age 6 and received her Bachelor of Music degree from the Kraków Academy of Music, Master of Music degree and Doctorate of Musical Arts degree from the University of Georgia. She most recently received her Performer’s Diploma from the Southern Methodist University. She studied under the tutelage of Emanuel Borok and Levon Ambartsumian with further influences from Diane Kitzman and Frederick Burchinal.
As an artist-teacher, Grynia has cultivated a thriving teaching studio of [insert number of students] young musicians, educating students in violin, piano, voice, music theory, and aural skills. She has students who have been accepted to the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra.
Born in Poland, Monika made her musical debut at the age of 17, performing with Radio Wroclaw’s orchestra. After graduating from the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw with her Masters degree in Viola performance and teaching diploma, she continued her studies with a series of prestigious scholarships in Europe.
As an Erazmus scholar in Germany, she attended Dresden’s Hochschule fur Musik Carl Maria von Weber. There, she honed her craft under the tutelage of Vladimir Bukac of the renowned Talich String Quartet.
Further recognition in her professional career arrived through her position as a Principal Violist in the Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra, as well as her performance with the Berlin Philharmonic’s Scharoun Ensemble at the Emanacje III International Music Festival in Poland. Her orchestral experience is extensive and international, with appearances at venues around the world, from Carnegie Hall to Japan and throughout Europe.
Ms. Idasiak’s career in Dallas has continued the refinement of her art and her dedication to sharing it with others. In addition to her ongoing work with Eneti Strings, Monika is a member of the UNT Bancroft String Quartet, and teaches at her private studio in Frisco: Westfalls Music Studio.

You and your guests will be whisked away to foreign spots as you’re basked in perfectly tailored wine selections and complementary music. Your sommelier will guide you through the entire wine-tasting, helping you to enhance your senses and appreciate the subtleties of each bottle. You’ll learn from a true expert about not only the wine, but also the history of the region and information about traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. Our standard event includes your private sommelier and a violin soloist accompanied by backing tracks. You may also select an ensemble of your choice, including violin and guitar, violin and piano, or violin, piano, and a vocalist.
